• Final pricing is confirmed after an on-site consultation and detailed project assessment.
• Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise specified.
• We are not obligated to honor an estimate if project conditions differ from initial assessment.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms for projects will be discussed and agreed upon before work begins. A deposit may be required to secure your project. Final payment is due upon project completion.

6. Project Timeline

While we strive to meet agreed-upon timelines, unexpected circumstances may delay project completion. We will communicate any delays as soon as possible. Delays caused by factors outside our control (weather, permit issues, etc.) may extend the timeline.

7. Warranty and Guarantees

We stand behind our workmanship. Specific warranties and guarantees depend on the type of work performed and will be detailed in your project contract. Please refer to your project agreement for complete warranty information.

8. Liability Limitation

Liberty Built & Design will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the website or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service in question.

9. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation and refund policies are determined on a project-by-project basis. Please refer to your specific project agreement for cancellation terms. Cancellations must be requested in writing.
